CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

Hire a properly licensed electrician to diagnose and repair the electrical issues in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There appears to be an open ground and reverse polarity causing outlets to not work and breakers to trip when the microwave is in use.
The bathroom is infested with ants. Provide proper treatment for the infestation.
The tenant advised that she observed a rodent in the house. Properly seal all holes in the house including but not limited to the hole around the piping under the kitchen sink.
Un-permitted alterations have been made to the plumbing and electrical systems to provide for a laundry area in the home, obtain a permit for the alterations.
The water supply in one of the bathrooms is greatly diminished and as such does not meet code requirements. Hire a properly licensed plumber to diagnose and repair the issue.
The HVAC system is not cooling the house, hire a properly licensed technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
