SUBJECT:
Approval of 3rd Amendment to Lease with Treasure Coast Boat Rentals.
SUMMARY:
The City has leased space at Fisherman's Wharf to TC Boats LLC (Treasure Coast Boat Rentals) since 2012, and offer boat rentals, retail marine equipment, fishing supplies including bait and tackle, snacks, soda, ice etc.

Approval
