SUBJECT:
Approval of a one-year extension to Let There Be Lights, Inc., Bid No. 2015-003 Holiday Lighting for Marina Square, in the amount not to exceed $27,000.00.
SUMMARY:
The Commission awarded Bid No. 2015-003 to Let There Be Light on November 3, 2014, the only respondent to our request for bids. The pricing and synchronized show will remain the same as per the last two years of the contract. This contract will be advertised for bids with a new contract expected to be implemented by November 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department is recommending approval for Let There Be Lights, Inc to provide holiday lighting for Marina Square for the residents of the City of Fort Pierce
