SUBJECT:
Approve Gentile Corporation as the lowest responsive bidder to Bid #2018-006 for an amount not to exceed $25,710 for rehabilitation of 206 North 18th Court, funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing rehabilitations to upgrade substandard houses for income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
The bid was sent to 437 vendors. Five (5) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding (40%) plus 0 "No Bid".

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Gentile Corporation as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid # 2018-006 for the amount not to exceed $25,710 to rehabilitate the home located at 206 North 18th Court.
