SUBJECT:

Approval of a one (1) year extension of a Conditional Use & Design Review Approval for the Mandel/Perkins Residence located at 324 S. Ocean Drive until February 6, 2019.

SUMMARY:

  • The applicant is requesting approval of a 1 year extension for the approved Conditional Use and Design Review Application for a single family home seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL), at 324 South Ocean Drive in Fort Pierce, Florida.
  • The Site Plan and Conditional Use was approved on February 6, 2016 (attached). 
  • The project received approval from the FDEP on October 30, 2017.
  • The applicants architect is in the process of finalizing the building plans so they can be submitted to the City of Fort Pierce Building Department 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a 1 year extension, until February 6, 2019, of a Conditional Use & Design Review Approval for the Mandel/Perkins Residence located at 324 S. Ocean Drive.

Deny the extension of time
