SUBJECT:
Approve award of the annual Citywide Landscape Maintenance of Medians contract to the lowest most responsive and reasonable bidder, Integrity Lawns LLC in the amount not to exceed $41,950.00 annually.
SUMMARY:
Upon review of the respondents' bid packages it was determined that bidder one (1) did not submit complete bids as specified in the bid documents. Public Works Department staff rated the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder as Integrity Lawns LLC. Integrity Lawns submitted a completed packet, has current governmental contracts and a current FDOT maintenance of Traffic certification.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department recommends awarding the contract to Integrity Lawns LLC.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by Commission.
