SUBJECT:
Approval of Resolution No. 14-R30, restricting a portion of FY2015 General Fund revenue.
SUMMARY:
During a FY2015 budget workshop, the City Commission reviewed a projected budget for FY2016. To ensure the necessary funding of the FY2016 budget, the City Commission directed staff to prepare a resolution that will restrict $550,000 in revenue from the FY2015 general fund budget. This restriction cannot be changed, except by a super majority or 4/5 vote by the City Commission.
