SUBJECT:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-036 for an amount not to exceed $27,920.49 for the exterior rehabilitation of 314 North 21st Street, funded thorough the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide owner-occupied housing rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first-come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder of Bid #2018-036.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-036 to Construction Management of Florida, Inc.
