SUBJECT:
Rescind Code Enforcement Lien in the amount of $201,300.00 against 703 N 23rd Street, owned by Milagros Suarez, leaving a balance of $0.
SUMMARY:
Request by Milagros Suarez, 1001 NW 17th Court, Miami, FL 33125 to waive code enforcement lien totaling $201,300.00. A review of the file finds that proper notice was not given to Ms. Suarez regarding the code enforcement proceedings and the subsequent fine and lien. Therefore, staff and the Code Enforcement Board recommend that the lien be rescinded in full.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff and the Code Enforcement Board recommends rescinding the code enforcement lien of $201,300.00 in total.
