SUBJECT:

Approval of the technical specifications in preparation of the issuance of an RFP for the utilization of the City Hall Annex.

SUMMARY:

At the direction of the Mayor and Commission, staff has drafted the attached technical specifications in preparation of the issuance of an RFP for the utilization of the City Hall Annex.

RECOMMENDATION:

Direct staff to take any necessary actions to execute the desire of the Mayor and Commission.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
