FINDINGS/ORDER:

January 21, 2009 Special Magistrate found Eva Gilliam responsible for the violations referenced above and gave her 30 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $150.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

  1. February 22, 2009 - an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
  2. March 27, 2009 - the Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk of Court.
  3. October 20, 2017 - an inspection was made, the violations were now in compliance, the fines stopped.
  4. September 27, 2018 - received a Request for Reduction/Rescindment from Mr. Travers.
  5. Total fines due $474,300.00.
