SUBJECT:

Request to transfer $200,000 from Solid Waste to the Golf Course to fund operations for FY 2014. 

SUMMARY:

During the budget process, the Commission was made aware of the shortfall in Golf Course funding and the possible need to transfer funds.  The Golf Course will need $200,000 of additional financial assistance to finalize its operations for the remainder of the 2014 fiscal year.

RECOMMENDATION:

Transfer $200,000 from Solid Waste  to contribute to the Golf Course budget.

ALTERNATIVES:

The Commission can allocate an amount they deem appropriate.
