CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Obtain a permit from the Building Department and repair the roof.
- Repair the soffiting around the home where it is falling, repair or replace the wood by the air conditioning unit that is rotting, and the front door over hang.
- Paint the front steps that are peeling and discolored.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 20 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
