City Manager's Office Staff has developed the specific parameters of the two phased request for qualifications/proposals which corresponds to the adopted Community Redevelopment Agency Plan. The tentative schedule is as follows:
RFQ Release Date: November 15, 2018
Pre-Bid Meeting: December 5, 2018
Last Day for Questions/Inquiries: January 2, 2019 at 5:00 P.M.
RFQ Closing Date: January 9, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
Shortlist Review by FPRA Board: January 22, 2019
RFP Issued to Shortlist: January 28, 2019
RFP Closing Date: April 3, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the acceptance of the proposed RFQ/RFP schedule.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
