CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Store bins to the side or the rear of the home.
2. Repair the east side of the fence.  You may need to contact the Building Department at 772-467-3000 for permit requirements.
3. Park vehicles in a driveway or to the side or rear of the home.
4. Remove the hightop dining table, stools, office chairs from the carport.
5. Trim the weeds from the fence.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 15 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
