CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Secure the trim on the north side.
2.Remove the tarp and metal piece from north side yard.
3. Remove the television, books, boxes, bins, clothes, and bookcases from the carport.
4. Repair the fence on the southside where the support bar is missing.
5. Paint the small section on the north east corner where it is peeling.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
