CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 5days to comply. If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation(s), the cost of which is to be assessed as a special assessment lien against the property.
