SUBJECT:
Resolution 19-R05 authorizing the creation and recordation of a 50' wide Avenue B Right-of-Way located between North 2nd Street and Indian River Drive.
SUMMARY:
The existing Avenue B paved roadway is currently situated on land owned by the City of Fort Pierce and is not classified as a public road right-of-way. The filing of the attached Right-of-Way Map will provide the required platted right-of-way for this public roadway.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval
