SUBJECT:
Applications for Consideration for Appointment to the Board of Examiners of Contractors.
SUMMARY:
Four members' terms have expired on the Board of Examiners of Contractors as of February 28, 2019: One (1) Mechanical Contractor, one (1) Plumbing Contractor, and two (2) Consumer Representatives. The current representatives for plumbing contractor (Reed Sudderth) and both consumer representatives (Holly Theuns and Ralph Fogg) have re-applied, and there is a new applicant (Robert Allen) for the mechanical contractor designation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Commission consider these applications for appointment to the Board of Examiners of Contractors.
ALTERNATIVES:
Continue seeking additional applications.
