SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance No. 19-011 - Repealing Chapter 5, Article VIII "Swimming Pools". FIRST READING
SUMMARY:
Proposed Ordinance 19-011 - Repealing Chapter 5, Article VIII "Swimming Pools," would repeal the specific setback requirement for swimming pools. Setbacks would be regulated pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Code of Ordinances. By default, variances would be heard by the Board of Adjustments.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of proposed Ordinance 19-011 - Repealing Chapter 5, Article VIII "Swimming Pools".
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the ordinance at this time.
