CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Remove the weeds that are growing through the cement area in back of the building.
2. Repair the trim on the east facing back wall near the electric mast.
3. Repair the stucco on the white crosses on the east side of the building.
4. Pressure wash the cement in the back of the building.
5. Paint the back east facing wall and south facing wall where it is faded and discolored.
6. Paint the front north facing wall where the grey stucco is showing.

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
