FINDINGS/ORDER:

December 12, 2018 the Special Magistrate found Donnie A Parker responsible for the violations and ordered 10 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

  1. December 27, 2018 - an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
  2. January 9, 2019 - Code Officer Debevec received an email from La Verne Thomas.  The email informed Staff that 529 N 11th and 531 N 11th were combined for a reverse mortgage as 529 N 11th Street.
  3. January 9, 2019 - Death Certificate for Donnie Parker.
  4. February 27, 2019 - Received email from Ms. Thomas requesting a hearing to have the fines stopped and give her time to bring the property into compliance.
  5. The fines are currently $3,470.00 which includes $20.00 recording fees.  The fines are accruing at $50.00 per day until compliance or the fines are stopped by the Special Magistrate.
