CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Repair or replace the falling and missing soffit pieces around the home.
2. Repair the ceiling of the porch on the north side. There is a piece missing and a piece starting to come loose.
3. Paint the home as it is peeling and discoloring.
4. Pressure wash the driveway.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
