BACKGROUND
| Mr. Santil had entered a written contract (attached) in June of 2017 with Mr. Exume to renovate the property. Although the majority of the contract amount had been paid, the work was never completed. |

| June 29, 2017 | Residential repair permit applied for windows, doors, and re-stucco of house. |
| December 11, 2017 | Dry-in inspection and in progress inspection approved. No final inspection as of this date. |
| June 29, 2018 | Final inspection for residential repair permit approved. |
| February 26, 2019 | Building Department receives Contractor Complaint against Mr. Exume. |
| February 28, 2019 | Notice of Complaint is sent to Mr. Exume and Complainant. |
| March 18, 2019 | Notice of Hearing is sent to Mr. Exume and Complainant. |
ALLEGATIONS
| Per the Alleged Charges form, Mr. Santil feels the contractor was negligent in his duties, that he abandoned the project before it was completed; disregarded applicable laws; and did not provide sufficient supervision. |
ALLEGED CHARGES:
