Request to reduce code enforcement lien in the amount of $14,030.00 against 2206 Avenue N, Ft. Pierce, Florida 34950 - Parcel ID Number 2404-609-0134-000-3 owned by Alma and Alaric Anglin, 1910 Juanita Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL 34946 to $750.00 payable in 12 months.
SUMMARY:
The request for reduction is made by Mrs. Anglin, the owner at the time of the violations, as she is attempting to sell the house. Her financial means are minimal. A previous reduction request was granted, reducing the amount due to $750, however, it was not paid, reverted to the full amount and a lien was filed.
Mrs. Anglin's current request is to reduce the lien to $500.00.

RECOMMENDATION:
The Special Magistrate, having heard the request of the owner and testimony from staff, recommends reducing the lien to the previously agreed reduction of $750.00 payable in 12 months. If not paid within the 12 month expiration period, the fines will revert to the original amount of $14,030.00.
