VIOLATIONS:

IPMC 305.3 Interior Surfaces, IPMC 603.1 Mechanical Equipment, IPMC 604.3 Electrical System Hazards, IPMC 504.3 Plumbing  System Hazards

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Repair/replace all soft and loose ceiling drywall in various areas (bedroom, kitchen, etc.)
2. Repair/replace non-working AC unit.  Correct unsafe wiring for AC at condensing unit.
3. Repair unsafe open space on circuit breaker panel, making it safe.
4. Water heater does not have proper access.
 
 

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given  60  days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed and order all utilities to the premises be suspended while the violation continues.
