ACTION DATES:
1. Special Magistrate Hearing - January 15, 2019. Owner's representative was present. An Order Determining Violation was issued providing 30 days to remedy the violation, or a daily fee of $50.00 per day would begin to accrue.
2. An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was sent along with a Massey Letter on February 27, 2019.
3. A letter from the owner was received on March 7, 2019. It explained that they had great difficulty finding a contractor who was available to do the necessary work, but finally found one. They expressed that they had been working diligently to resolve the violation.
3. On March 8, 2019 a permit to replace 2 windows was issued. A final inspection on the windows was approved on April 4, 2019.
