Conditional Use - Patti's Hair Lounge - 808 Delaware Avenue

SUBJECT:

Quasi-Judicial Hearing - Review and approval of an application for Conditional Use with no new construction submitted by property owner, Michael Menard, to establish Patti's Hair Lounge at 808 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. The property is zoned Offices-Professional & Business Services (C-1), Parcel ID: 2410-707-0008-000-1.

SUMMARY:

The applicant is asking for approval of a Conditional Use in order to accomodate the proposed Patti's Hair Lounge.

RECOMMENDATION:

The requested Conditional Use with No New Construction is consistent with City Code and the Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience and general welfare. Staff recommends approval of the Conditional Use as proposed.
