SUBJECT:

Approval of Final Change Order in the amount of $3,258.75, bv C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. for parking improvements at Dreamland Park in conjunction with the "Wall of Remembrance" project.

SUMMARY:

This change order is necessary for the final closeout of the project.  The change order amount, $3,258.75 was the fee for the building permit, which was not part of the original contract proposal.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 7 to C.W. Roberts Contracting Inc.

ALTERNATIVES:

Pay building permit fees directly.
