SUBJECT:
Request for Proposals No. 2019-003 Redevelopment of the Former H.D. King Plant Site – Evaluation by Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Board
SUMMARY:
The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency will evaluate the two proposals received in response to Request for Proposals No. 2019-003 Redevelopment of the Former H.D. King Plant Site based on the evaluation criteria approved at the Special FPRA Board Meeting on May 6, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
Review proposals as designated evaluation committee
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as recommended by the FPRA Board.
