SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 19-R27 appointing Fran O. Ross, Esq. as Special Magistrate for an initial term of three years with two 2-year renewal options.
SUMMARY:
Attorney Ross responded to RFP No. 2019-010 and was ranked highest after reviewing the bid submittal and the interview process. Fran O. Ross, Esq. has acted as one of the City's Special Magistrates since May 2004 and is a local attorney.
RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint Fran O. Ross, Esq. as Special Magistrate for an initial term of three years with two 2-year renewal options.

Deny the recommendation to appoint.
