SUBJECT:
Approval of Revocable License Permit between the City of Fort Pierce and The Galleria at Downtown Fort Pierce, LLC for the installation of an awning in front of the Braford Restaurant.
SUMMARY:
The Braford seeks to install an awning at the entrance to the restaurant. The awning has been approved by the Historic Preservation Board and the license permit has been approved by the City's Engineering Department.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Permit.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve or approve with modifications.
