ACTION DATES:

1. Special Magistrate Hearing - December 6, 2017 - owners were provided 60 days to comply violation or a fine of $250.00 per day would begin to accrue.
2. Notice of Extension of Time - 90 days was granted - February 7, 2018.
3. Affidavit of Non-Compliance was issued and sent along with a Massey Letter - May 7, 2018.
4. A 2nd Massey Notice was sent on July 12, 2018.
5. Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was issued August 30, 2018.
6. Affidavit of Compliance was issued on June 4, 2019.  Fines accrued from May 7, 2018 to March 18, 2019 and total $78,790.00 including recording fees.
