Approval of Specific Authorization No.4 to RFQ No.2014-016 to Tetra Tech Inc. for dredge permitting in the amount of $120,269.00. .
SUMMARY:
Approval of Specific Authorization No. 4 in the amount of $120,269.00. The authorization is for tasks related to dredge permitting and ultimate disposal of material for beach renourishment. The Army Corps of Engineers has requested that the City remove spoil material near the western side of the Intracoastal Water Way that is impeding navigation
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval
ALTERNATIVES:
Not appove and place the task out to bid. This action would cause the City to miss the time window for placement of the material on the beach.
