RECOMMENDATION:
Per Paul Bertram, Urban Forester for the City of Fort Pierce, the city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exist that violators be fined as follows:
One (1) One Live Oak Tree well over 21 DBH x $250.00 = $5,250.00 Maximum fine per State Statute 162 should be imposed at $5,000.00.
