On December 7, 2022, Special Magistrate Ross found the owners in violation, ordered to comply within 10 days or be fined $150.00 per day.

ACTION DATES:

February 14, 2023 - Affidavit of Non-Compliance signed by Code Officer Saucedo
February 21, 2023 - Massey Notice was sent to the owner advising them that the fine was running and of their right to appeal. 
February 27, 2023 - Massey Request received.
March 13, 2023 - Property was found to be in compliance.
