SUBJECT:
Public Hearing on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2014-2015.
SUMMARY:
Public review and comment is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Redevelopment (HUD) on Program Year 2014-2015 CAPER (October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015). A second public hearing will be held on November 16 at which time the Commission will need to vote to approve the report.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the CAPER following presentation and public hearing for Program Year 2014-2015 CAPER.
