SUBJECT:

Approval of federally funded Subaward and Grant Agreement with Florida Division of Emergency Management for Hurricane Milton.

SUMMARY:

The City was informed by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) that the application for Public Assistance has been approved by FEMA regarding Hurricane Milton. The next step in the process is to complete and sign the Public Assistance Sub-grant Agreement. 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of agreement with Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to receive public assistance.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff shall proceed as directed by Commission.
