- That the nuisance be addressed through the City’s Nuisance Abatement program.
- The violator(s) be given 7 days to:
- Per the Notice of Violation, ensure that the Grey GMC Yukon is road safe and legal.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in:
- The City is to take the necessary steps to abate the nuisance condition, and have the vehicle towed off the property.
