SUBJECT:
Approval of a service agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. for Community Rating System (CRS) and Climate Resilience Professional Support Services for the Building Department in the amount of $100,000.00 annually as approved for award under RFQ 2025-009.
SUMMARY:
On June 16, 2025, during the City Commission meeting, the Commission awarded RFQ No. 2025-009, for the Community Rating System (CRS) and Climate Resilience Support Services. The total cost for this project is $100,000.00 annually.
The contract includes maintaining and improving its CRS Class 6 rating, advancing to Class 5, and developing a climate resilience program. The consultant team will support ongoing activities related to FEMA's CRS program, flood mitigation, hazard identification, sea level rise adaptation, and regulatory compliance.
