RECOMMENDATION:

The appellant was provided 14 calendar days to appeal invoices 69771, 70943, 73443, and 74781 per City Ordinance 14-67(c) and failed to do so; these invoices are not eligible for appeal and are not being considered today.  In regard to Invoice 74985, the appellant advised that they updated their contact information with the city last year. The appellant provided an email from Erin Warren sent on 3/15/2024 to info@slcfd.org.  Based on the attachment, it appears the change of contact information was only sent to the St. Lucie County Fire District, and not to the City.  Therefore, the City requests that the Special Magistrate deny the request for appeal and find the violator be assessed the total amount due as indicated above to be paid within 30 days.
