SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 18-001 Eliminating the Time of City Commission Meetings from the Code of Ordinances. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
At the December 4, 2017, the City Commission discussed the possibility of changing the meeting time of one or more City Commission Meetings. It was determined that the actual time of the meetings had been included in the Code; however that detail is not required to be part of the code of ordinances. This ordinance simply removes the specified time from the Code, but does not change the actual meeting dates or times.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the ordinance as discussed.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not adopt or adopt with modifications.
