SUBJECT:
Approval of proposal by Culpepper and Terpening, Inc. in the amount of $4,550.00 for the survey and preparation of a right-of-way map for the purpose of establishing a public street to be known as Avenue B between N. 2nd Street and Indian River Drive.
SUMMARY:
Engineering is seeking approval of the proposal from Culpepper and Terpening in the amount of $4,550.00 for the work necessary for the establishment of a public right-of-way to be known as Avenue B. The work will entail providing survey data colleciton of the portion of Avenue B located between N. 2nd Street and Indian River Drive on the south side of the parcel of land which was formerly the HD King Power Plant. The survey information and map preparation shall be performed to establish a right-of-way map suitable for recordation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Engineering recommends approval of Specific Authorization No. 10.
