SUBJECT:
Approval of DeLaHoz Builders, Inc. as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-043 for an amount not to exceed $31,816 fof the exterior rehabilitation of 1506 Avenue I, funded through the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first-come, first-qualified, first-served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve DeLaHoz Builders as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-043.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-043.
