SUBJECT:
Approval of Close Construction, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-026 for an amount not to exceed $13,100 for rehabilitation of 3362 North Park Drive, funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program.
SUMMARY:
according to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard funds. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households, on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Close Construction, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder to Bid #2018-026.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid # 2018-026.
