Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 18-039 Approval of a Zoning Atlas Map Amendment (rezoning) submitted by property owner, Autz, Inc. A New York Company, applicant, Mark Youssef, and representative Brad Currie of Engineering, Design, & Construction, Inc. to rezone the property from C-1, Office Commercial to PD, Planned Development to allow for a pharmacy to become an allowed use on the property. SUMMARY:

  • The subject property is located at 2201 S. 25th Street within the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, representing approximately .93 acres of land.
  • The owner/applicant seeks rezoning of the subject property located at 2201 S. 25th Street from C-1, Office Commercial to PD, Planned Development.
