FINDINGS/ORDER:

November 5, 2008 Special Magistrate Blandino found Alma Anglin responsible for the violations and gave her 60 days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

  • February 27, 2009 an inspection was made; the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
  • March 16, 2009 received request for hearing to extend time to comply.
  • April 3, 2009 Order Assessing Fine & Imposing Lien was recorded.
  • April 21, 2009 Request from Steve McCain for a Release of Lien that was recorded due to a clerical error.
  • May 6, 2009 Special Magistrate continued the case until July 1 hearing.  The fines were stopped at this time.
  • According to the minutes the property is now in compliance.
  • June 3, 2009 Release of Lien for Lien recorded in error.
  • July 1, 2009 the hearing was continued until the next hearing date.
  • July 17, 2009 received request for Reduction.
  • August 5, 2009 the fines were reduced to $1,500.00 payable in 12 months.  If not paid the fines would revert back to the original amount of $17,000.00 and a lien would be recorded.
  • March 22, 2019 received request for a lien reduction from Mrs. Anglin.
