SUBJECT:
Ordinance No. 15-058 - Amending Code Section 13-73 (c) to allow the Retirement Board to select their own attorney with the approval of the City Commission. FIRST READING (Postponed from 12/21/2015 meeting - staff recommends postponing this item indefinitely)
SUMMARY:
The amendment of Code Section 13-73 (c) allows the Retirement Board to choose it's own attorney with approval by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 15-058, amending Code Section 13-73 (c)
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the amendment of the Code
