SUBJECT:
Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the St. Lucie County School Board and the City of Fort Pierce for operation and improvements for the Dan McCarty Middle School Track.
SUMMARY:
This Interlocal Agreement between the School Board of St. Lucie County and the City of Fort Pierce defines the responsibilities and contributions of each as to the improvements to be made at the Dan McCarty Middle School track.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Interlocal Agreement for Contribution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Not to make improvements at the track.
