SUBJECT:
Approval of Daycoven Construction as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-038 for an amount not to exceed $19,913 for rehabilitation of 1111 North 22nd Street.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitations with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first-come, first-qualified, first-served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Daycoven Construction as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-038.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-038.
